Dr Peter Davis
GP Obstetrician – Practice Principal
Principal Owner of Rutledge Family Medical Centre.Has been in Queanbeyan since 1985.
Peter’s ultimate goal is to provide optimal healthcare for his patients.
Special interest in obstetric care, women’s health, chronic disease management, aged care, children’s health, aviation medicals.

Dr Goldie Snoke
GP Registrar
Goldie is a GP Registrar. She graduated from the ANU Medical School in 2017 and undertook the Sydney Child Health Program in 2020. She has an interest in providing holistic medical care, particularly in the areas of women’s health, antenatal care, preventative health and paediatrics.
In her spare time enjoys family time with her husband and toddler, gardening, and spin class.

Dr Mansoor Ahmed
An expereinced doctor, Mansoor has trained extensively in Turkey, Pakistan, the United Kingdom and subsequently in Australia.
He had extensive training in specialities such as Orthopaedic surgery, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Urology among other branches of medicine. He has worked at numerous tertiary referral centres both in the UK and Australia, including The Alfred Hospital Melbourne, Bristol Royal Infirmary and Canberra Hospital, to mention a few.
Mansoor enjoys all aspects of general practice, however his special interests include sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgical conditions, skin care and chronic disease management.
In his spare time, Mansoor enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an avid runner, loves travelling, reading, tinkering in the garage and of course playing with his kids.

Dr Luke Franceschini
Luke is a GP registrar with a diploma in women’s health. He undertook his medical training in QLD, and has practiced throughout Australia.
He is interested in all areas of general practice.

Marieke McPhail
Marieke has practiced physiotherapy since 2004, and has worked exclusively in women’s health for the past 7 years. She completed her postgraduate training in pelvic floor physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne.
Marieke is experienced in providing care for women in pregnancy and their postnatal recovery including treatment of pelvic girdle pain, perineal tears, abdominal separation and mastitis. She also manages pelvic floor conditions for women of all ages including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel urgency/ incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and offers fittings for a wide range of vaginal support pessaries for management of prolapse.
Marieke is available for appointments on Saturdays.

Dr Kumar Muthiah
MBBS
Dr Kumar Muthiah grew up in Canberra and completed his medical training at UNSW. He is an experienced medical practitioner who combines his work at the clinic with his VMO commitments at Queanbeyan Hospital.
His special interests include children’s health, heart and lung ailments, emergency care, skin cancer, minor surgery and mental health.
Outside of work, Kumar enjoys spending time with his family.

Anja Michel
Nurse Practitioner
Anja Michel BN, MBSc, MPAS
Anja is originally from Germany where she did a Masters in Biological Sciences at the Humboldt University. She migrated to Australia in 2007 to do a PhD in Biological sciences.
Later she decided to put aside a career as a scientist, and commenced a medical training at Medical School at The Queensland University to become a Physician Associate. Anja has worked in the field of Emergency Medicine.
In recent years she has joined the field of General Practice and has developed a strong interest in functional medicine, a division of medicine that considers a biology-based approach and focuses on the root problem of complex diseases.
Anja’s clinical practice is holistic and fully evidence based. Anja did training with the Diet Doctors and the Noakes Foundation and had hence developed expertise in treating and reversing the most common chronic diseases, such as T2 Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, Hypertension, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, Fatty Liver Disease.
She has also managed successfully many patients with moderate to severe Obesity. All of her patients had multiple unsuccessful weight loss attempts in their life. The vast majority of her patients experience a long lasting weight loss. Anja’s unique and very different approach makes weight loss, very easy, without hunger, without stress, without calorie counting, and without exercises.
Anja is very compassionate about finding an individual approach for each patient, and guides everyone on their personal journey to optimal health and a better quality of life.
